My Hawks Gemera is a lovely mare who impressed at the Swedish Breeders Championship for Young Horses, jumping with great skill and composure. Related to My Hawks Cujo — another very promising 8-year-old in the stables — Gemera comes from a strong family line that first caught Abdel’s attention.

She’s exceptionally light off the ground, with a great mentality and superb balance. The 5-year-old Swedish bred My Hawks Gemera brings in some unique bloodlines. Her sire Gamelus R is a son of the renowned Namelus R and the half-brother of Olympic bronze medalist I.Amelusina R of Simon Delestre. Via Indoctro-son New Balance, My Hawks Gemera's pedigree traces back to VDL Pessoa, who competed at 160cm level with Vitor Alves Teixeira and is the half-brother of Olympic silver medalist Bubalu VDL of Jur Vrieling. This Swedish damline produced multiple successful sporthorses, including international showjumper Unesco LBE of Nina Backman.
