Abdel Saïd has followed her development since she was five. This smart, good-looking seven-year-old, by I'm Special de Muze and out of a Cornet Obolensky dam, jumped clear round after clear round before being crowned UAE national champion, with Abdel himself in the saddle for the final.
"I really enjoyed competing Indiga myself. She is so smart in the ring, always fighting with you, and she wants to win just as much as the rider. For me, she is a very exciting horse for the future.”
In the ring, she is intelligent, quick-thinking and a real fighter who wants to win every bit as much as her rider.
Her dam, Palousy vh Exelhof, competes internationally at the 1.50m level for Norway, while her great-granddam, Macy Grey, is behind top sport horses including Mariano Ossa's 1.60m Grand Prix horse Elton vh Exelhof and Cassius du Ry.
